Redesigned Remote for PerfectCueTM |
DSan is now shipping its
PerfectCue cue lights with a new transmitter package. The remote device is slightly larger (+0.1" H and W) than the current
remotes but is now powered by four (4) 20 MM coin batteries (CR 2032) and is available with an integrated green laser.
Two of the batteries are for powering the laser exclusively. Two others are the the transmitter. When there is no laser
(Model PC-AS1 and PC-AS2), the two batteries act as on board spares although when there is no laser, and given the fact that
the 20 MM batteries are 30% larger than the 16 MM batteries currently used, they will need to be changed very rarely during
the life of teh product. CR 2032 are also readily available as these are the same batteries that are used in many wireless
garage door openers as well as remote car door openers.
